We value FULL TRANSPARENCY when it comes to the origin of our wood products. As a consumer of exotic hardwoods, we all have a responsibility to ensure the wood has been sustainably and ethically harvested. We call our woods “urban exotics”. Our first container consisted of 6 trees from the Saltibus/Par Estate Area of St. Lucia. Our trees come from Lucians requesting the trees to be removed from their property. Our trees are old growth, Genuine Mahogany beauties that would otherwise be left to rot or burned. Here are some pictures of our felling process in St. Lucia.
